About this course
The modern world is changing rapidly, and with it, we are changing too. People, communities, states. This world requires us to be ready to respond to challenges. Move forward, rather than slow down, to gain new knowledge, to achieve new goals, to work hard, to build a future that will be worth our efforts. Today, our government agencies and local governments are shifting to remote work. These are the new requirements of the modern world. Following these requirements, we set up e-document management, create comfortable conditions in our own remote office. We can provide access to information, external and internal communication to all parties involved. The willingness and desire of all participants to perform their work duties responsibly, efficiently and promptly is the key to success. In this course, we will talk about all the stages of shifting to remote work for civil servants and local government officials. We will dive into legislative peculiarities and models of such work. Together we will understand how quickly to set up an efficient and safe workplace remotely. Learn about the exciting tools and capabilities of modern digital space. We will pay great attention to the emotional component and overcoming stress. Let’s work together! Please note that this course is part of the overall short-term training programme for civil servants and local government officials, “Organization of civil servants outside the administrative building of the state body”, accredited by the National Civil Service Agency. The programme consists of two parts: compilation of the online course “Distance work fro civil servants”, certificate programme on the educational platform Prometheus and practical work in the Ukrainian School of Governance (USG).
